Plastic bonded magnets are a very attractive magnet group because of their shaping options. Especially attractive options in manufacturing with this kind of magnet are injection molding, pressing or extruding, in order to reach the required tolerances and avoid further processing during manufacture.

Injection magnet & assembly
The injection molded – plastic bonded magnets have a huge variety of shaping options and meet the very tight tolerance requirements.
Compression magnets & assembly
The pressing procedure offers a higher filling level of NdFeB powder and thereby higher magnetic value (better magnetic qualities) for plastic bonded pressed magnets. This procedure reduces options for shaping but is well known as a productive procedure compared to injection molding.

Radially magnetized ring magnets
As bonded magnets are isotropic as a rule, they are easy to magnetize in a radial direction, including multi-pole radial magnets – with a few restrictions. However, this requires a customer and application-specific system for initial magnetization.
We will either supply the finished initially magnetized parts or help you in planning the optimum magnetizing coil for your needs.
